    We employ a full service, twenty four hours a day, maintenance team. From Electricians, Plumbers, and carpenters, to landscape professionals, we are positioned to address your needs. From fixing a leaky faucet, to turning an apartment, we are prepared and ready to respond.
  • BUILDING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE:
    J. Butler Property Management owns and maintains its own equipment. From our specialized fleet of trucks, loaders, and trailers, to our zero turn commercial lawnmowers, we have the equipment to service your building and grounds maintenance needs. From newly shingled roofs and freshly painted trim, to properly cut and manicured lawns and gardens, we have the equipment and expertise to service your property. During the winter season, our snow fighting equipment will insure your roadways, driveways, and sidewalks are kept, plowed, clean, and safe. Our maintenance vehicles even carry jumper packs and tow straps, should an owner or tenant need assistance.
  • FINANCIALS:
    You may rest assured that all rents will be collected, all expenses will be carefully reviewed before payment, and that a detailed report will be issued to our clients each month.
